Betty Streifender

BETTY G. STREIFENDER nee Gee age 93, of Palm Beach Gardens, FL, formerly of the Cleveland area, passed away November 2nd, 2011. Betty was the beloved wife of the late Joseph M. Streifender, who passed away in 1999. She was a 1936 graduate of Laurel School. Betty attended Duke University and graduated from Flora Stone Mather College of Case Western Reserve University in 1940. Her college memberships included Phi Kappa Zeta Sorority. She was also a former member of the College Club and Gates Mills Community Club. In 1984 she and her husband moved to Florida where Betty became a member of the PGA National Golf and Sports Club. Those who wish may make contributions in her name to the American Heart Association, Northeast Ohio Chapter, 1689 E. 115th St., Cleveland, OH 44106. Funeral Services will be held, Friday, November 11th at 3 PM in Knollwood Mausoleum, 1675 SOM Center Rd., Mayfield Heights, OH, 44124.
