Carol C. Bates

Born June 5, 1940. She passed away on Sep. 11, 2024, surrounded by those that loved her and have leaned on her for so much over the years. She is survived by husband Benham, two children Chris and Brad, three grandchildren Quinn, Elliot and Milo and was also the sister to the late Peter Calvert. 

Carol enjoyed a wealth of lifelong friendships, many of which lasted for over sixty years. She loved the arts, specifically local theater and the Cleveland orchestra, as well as tennis, bowling, card games, Cleveland sports teams, traveling, dining out, and more. But, possibly her favorite thing, was staying up late and talking about all the loved ones mentioned above.
