Catherine Mallin

CATHERINE LILLIAN MALLIN nee Rogers "Kitty" passed away January 9th, 2012 at the age of 77 years. She was a loving mother to Karl J. Urbach-Mallin Debbie of Lakewood, OH and Kevin J. Mallin Heidi of Carmel, IN. She was a loving grandmother of Zachary Urbach and Ian Mallin, and also of Stasia, Bridget, and Gretchen Mallin. Kitty was born in Cleveland, Ohio and lived in Shaker Heights from 1964 to 2008, when she moved to Westlake, Ohio. She was a registered nurse for over thirty-five years and obtained her Masters Degree in nursing from Case Western Reserve University. Kitty enjoyed dancing, theater, crossword puzzles, reading and spending time with her family and friends. The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in her name to The Cleveland Clinic Foundation, PO Box 931517, Cleveland, OH 44193 or The Church of St. Dominic, 19000 Van Aken Blvd., at Norwood Rd. Shaker Hts., OH where a Funeral Mass will be held Saturday, January 14th at 11 AM. Interment will follow the Mass in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon, OH.
