Charles Allen Bashour, MD, age 69 of Chagrin Falls, OH.  Beloved husband of Janie Bashour (nee Burleson); loving father of Michael S. Bashour (Laura) of Austin, TX, Kathryn B. Thompson (Chase) of Dallas, TX and Caroline L. Bashour, MD of Columbus, OH; dear grandfather of Graham and Hannah; dear brother of Sally Klinke (Preston) of Memphis, TN and Mary Ann Randolph (Mark) of San Antonio, TX.  The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in his name to the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, 9500 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44195 or to Fairmount Presbyterian Church, 2757 Fairmount Blvd., Cleveland Hts., OH 44118, where a Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday, December 22nd. Private interment, Sparkman Hillcrest Cemetery, Dallas, TX.
