CHARLES M. CLARK, Age 85, of Mentor, OH, passed away peacefully in his sleep on September 16th, 2013.

When he was 17 years old he joined the police academy. Upon graduation, he became a patrolman for the City of Shaker Heights. After serving in the police force for many years, in 1984 he achieved his greatest goal of becoming the Chief of Police in the City of Moreland Hills.
