Dorothy Roberts

Dorothy B. Atwood Roberts, 85, passed away on July 24th at Solon Pointe Hospital of Solon, OH. Born in Wilton, NH on November 3, 1923, Dorothy was a daughter of the late Ewart and Aurore Martin Broome. She was raised and educated in Wilton and graduated from Wilton High School. For more than 24 years, she had been employed as an assistant director of the lunch program at the Wilton-Lyndeborough Cooperative School. She enjoyed cooking, outdoor activities, snomobiling and traveling. Mrs Roberts was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Wilton. She was the wife of the late Arthur C. Atwood, who died in 1998, and John J. Roberts of TN; the mother of Gary A. Atwood Pamela of Wilton, NH and Marcia A. Kangas Ken of Shaker Hts., OH; dear grandmother of Sarah Kangas, Laura Kangas, Jodi Atwood and James Atwood and sister of Shirley VanderHeyden of Wilton, NH.
