EDWARD D. GARFIELD "Ted" died July 21st in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Ted was the beloved partner for over 35 years of Richard Lee Mesnick "Ric" of Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. He was the dear brother of Dana A. Garfield (Nancy) of Medina, OH, Timothy D. Garfield (Carla) of Twinsburg, OH and Sally Garfield of California and the dear son of the late Mary (nee Brown) and James R. Garfield, II and dear brother of the late James R. Garfield, III.
As a young man, Ted was a figure skater at the Cleveland Skating Club. He graduated from Baker University in Kansas and returned to Cleveland after attending classes and being certified as a licensed Travel Agent. Ted was associated with several travel agencies, most notably Venture Travel before he moved to Florida nineteen years ago. He loved cruises and sailed on over 35 of them with Ric and his mother.
Funeral Services will be held 11 am, Friday, August 15th at Brown-Forward, 17022 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Hts., OH WHERE FRIENDS MAY CALL ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE SERVICE.
