Eric Gray

Eric Gray died June 14, 2014. He was born March 13, 1923 in Cleveland, Ohio to Neal and Katherine Gray. Eric grew up in Hudson, Ohio and graduated from Western Reserve Academy. He then graduated from Harvard Law School, magna cum laude. He was also a Veteran of World War II. During his life, he worked and retired from Roulston & Co. of Cleveland, Ohio as a stock broker. Eric loved to read and travel. He was very passionate about his family heritage of which he had vast knowledge and passed along to his relatives.

Eric is preceded in death by his parents; sister, Katherine Gray Ewald, and brother, N. Gordon Gray. He is survived by nieces Morlee Gray Powers (Philip), Bobbin Gray (Tim), Katherine Heffelfinger (Jackie), Shanly Weber (John), and Elizabeth Heffelfinger, special great niece Jennifer Gray Powers (family historian), and many other great nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his dearest and devoted friend Philip Pendleton as well as several other loving friends.

The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in his name to Judson Foundation, 2181 Ambleside Dr., Cleveland, Ohio 44106. A graveside memorial will be held at a later date in the fall at Markille Cemetery in Hudson, Ohio.
