Helen Meida

Helen M. Meida friend of the late Jessica A. Hopkins. Helen, a veteran of WWII, was a physical therapist. She also taught physical therapy at the then Western Reserve University. She was an artist who painted in water colors, designed and hand made fine jewelry and was a gardener. Helen was the daughter of the late Henry W. Meida and Marie Kietzman. She is survived by her sister, Louise Weeden, 4 nieces and 4 nephews. Memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Foundation for Physical Therapy, 1111 N. Fairfax St., Alexandria, VA 22314. Graveside services will be held at Lake View Cemetery, 12316 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44106 on Saturday May 26 at 10 AM.
