HERBERT N. PUTNAM, JR. The beloved husband of Carolyn B. nee Bauer of Shaker Hts., Ohio, passed away at his home November 16th, 2012. Herbert was the dear father of Sandra P. Guida Patrick A. of Barrington, RI, David N. Putnam of Garfield Hts., OH and the late Herbert N. Putnam, III. He was the grandfather of Kristin A. Todd Matthew P. and Ross G. Guida and great grandfather of Ethan and Owen Todd. Those who wish may make contributions in his name to an organization of choice. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 20th at 11 AM in Parkside Church, 7100 Pettibone Rd., Chagrin Falls, OH. A private family interment at Knollwood Cemetery will follow the services at Parkside Church. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT BROWN-FORWARD, 17022 CHAGRIN BLVD., SHAKER HTS., OH MONDAY, NOV. 19TH FROM 5-7 PM.
