Jean Hunter

Jean LePan Hunter, beloved wife of the late Hays Marquart Hunter, Jr. Beloved mother of Christopher H. Hunter Maria J. Hunter, M.D. of Shaker Heights, Ohio. Dear grandmother of Jeremy, Trevor and Emma. dear Sister of David LePan of Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Jean adored her grandchildren. She worked as an assistant librarian over twenty years for the Darien, Connecticut Public Library. She adored her co-workers and truly enjoyed helping and assisting the patrons. Jean also enjoyed her friendship with her sorority sisters of Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She loved needlepoint all of her life. The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in her name to the Geauga Humane Society Rescue Village, 15463 Chillicothe Road, Russell Township, Ohio 44072. Funeral Services will be held at 5pm on Tuesday, January 12 at Brown-Forward, 17022 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Hts, OH, followed by a viewing until 7pm.
