Judy Donahue

Judy Donahue of Chagrin Falls, OH, passed away on January 9, 2021. Loving wife of the late Philip "Bud" Donahue; devoted mother of Julie Donahue and Ellen (Dana) Hartup; adoring grandmother of Conner, Patrick, Brexton and Brogan. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Judy enjoyed her years working at the circulation desk at the Shaker Heights Public Library, and in retirement read a book a day, favoring mysteries. She was a lover of flowers and gardening, vanquishing dust, dogs, antiques, flea markets and house sales, anything the color blue, Hallmark movies and heaping bowls of coffee ice cream. Above all, she loved her daughters, real and "bonus," and the four fine young men her grandsons have become. We will think of her whenever we see Gooseneck Loosestrife waving in a breeze.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Laurel School, One Lyman Circle, Shaker Heights, OH 44122, or a charity of your choice.

Mass of Christian Burial  will be held at Our Lady of Peace, 12601 Shaker Blvd., Cleveland, Ohio 44120 on Saturday, June 19th at 10 AM.  Private family interment.
