Kathryn A. Kay, age 70 of Shaker Heights, Ohio. Dear sister of Margaret Donaldson Max of Snohomish, Washington and Lorna Robertson Jeff of Kalamazoo, Michigan; loving Aunt of Lisa Robertson. Dear friend and neighbor of Justine Carter. Kathryn Kay died unexpectedly on Sunday, October 31, 2010. Kathryn had many close friends and a chosen family in the women's community of Cleveland. She was loved and adored by all that knew her. She was part of Windsong, Cleveland's Feminist Chorus, the Women's Community Foundation, the Women's Network and was editor of the Shaker Square Area Connection newspaper for many years. Kathryn was very active in the Ludlow Community Association, and the Shaker Square Area Development Corporation. She also had strong ties to her sorority, Zeta Tao Alpha. The family prefers that those who wish make contributions in her name to The American Cancer Society, 10501 Euclid Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44124. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Friday, November 5 at Brown-Forward, 17022 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Hts, OH. FRIENDS MAY CALL AT BROWN-FORWARD ON THURSDAY, NOV. 4 FROM 3-5 AND 7-9PM.
