Lei Gao, PhD., age 36, died July 6, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife of James B. Updegraff, III. Lei is survived by her loving parents, sister and brother in China. She is also survived by loving relatives and friends in this country.
The family prefers that those who wish make contributions in her name to Hospice of the Western Reserve, 300 E. 185th St., Cleveland, OH 44119. The family is very grateful to Ames Hospice, 30080 Hospice Way, Westlake, OH 44145. Private Family Services were held.
