Mara Venus Price

Mara Venus Price (it/they/she)  died on September 12, 2023. They were born June 11, 2000 in Bremerton Naval Hospital in Washington State.

As a military child she spent her formative years in many places:  Iwakuni Japan, Port Hueneme California, Arlington Virginia, Pensacola Florida, Gulfport Mississippi, Naples Italy, back to Port Hueneme where she attended Rio Mesa High School, and then Washington D.C., where they attended classes at Woodrow Wilson H.S while graduating with a diploma from Rio Mesa under the Interstate Military Compact.

 After graduation, she returned to Ventura County California where she rejoined their many friends made in the marching band and theatre production clubs at Rio Mesa. 

She is the beloved daughter of Nate and Nicki Price. And is the dearly loved middle sibling of Abby, Nate, Ellie, and Liam.

It never met a cat it didn’t like and its primary focus, the curmudgeonly family cat Thomas K Slick Cat  [Redacted] Leopardo Maestro di Algebra * Fancypants Sox Price III Esquire at law, will miss her.

Mara built many relationships with an online community over the years, and those strong bonds were deep and meaningful. 

Mara is survived by a myriad of aunts, uncles, cousins, and family members from across the globe. Mara was predeceased by her maternal grandmother Mary Ann (Stein) Mouch. We know that they both are laughing together about halloween costumes, swords, and milk duds.
