Mary Fant

Mary Fant nee McCrea, age 87, beloved wife of John F. Fant, Jr., loving mother of John III Kathleen, Katherine Mitchell Martin, Emily Martin Robert and Molly Pierce Andy. Dearest grandmother of eight, sister of Charles H. McCrea deceased and Richard E. McCrea. Graduate of Laurel School class of 1942 and Wellesley College class of 1946. Teacher at Laurel School for 20 years, she shared a love of music, played the harp and was a member of the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus for many years. Accomplished bridge player and former President of The Cleveland Women's Golf Association. The family prefers that those who wish may make donations in her name to Laurel School, 1 Lyman Circle, Shaker Heights, Ohio 44122. Private Memorial is planned.
