MAXIMILIAN S. WOJTYLAK "Max" The beloved husband of Mary Kay (nee Straub) of Cleveland Heights, OH; dear father of Maximilian S., Wojtylak, Jr. (Kristie) of Parma, OH; Michael P. Wojtylak (Lisa) of S. Euclid, OH and Patrick F. Wojtylak (Angela) of Hinckley, OH; and dear grandfather of Stephanie, KayLeigh, Scarlett, Eva, Grace and Alexander.
Max was a graduate of St. Stanislaus High School and John Carroll University.
The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in his name to The City Mission, 5310 Carnegie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44103.
A Mass in Memorium will be held, Friday, October 3rd at 10 AM in The Communion of Saints Parish (St. Ann Church), 2175 Coventry Rd., Cleveland Hts., OH.
