It is with deep sadness that the family of Morgan Alexander Klima announces her sudden and unexpected death on Saturday, May 26, 2018. Beloved daughter of Pamela A. Alexander and Gregory K. Klima, sister of Hadden, and source of great trials, humor and joy to her many friends and teachers, Morgan's bright spirit will be sorely missed.
Though her life was short and circumscribed by her health issues, her reach was long. Thanks to her influence, programs at The Monarch Center for Autism, PEP, the Achievement Center, University/Rainbow Babies and Children's Hospitals, UC Irvine and many others have helped myriad people struggling with similar issues. She was an agent of change.
One of the most important lessons she taught is that far from having to be perfect to be loved, we are often most lovable because of our differences and imperfections. Morgan was loved dearly.
