Norman Lawrence Roulet, M.D. passed away on June 17th at age 82. Beloved husband of Ann Edelen Roulet, he died just 10 days before their 60th anniversary. Born in Toledo, OH to Norman L. Roulet, Sr. and Clara (nee Wistenhausen) Roulet March 23, 1932.
Norman was an outstanding student, yearbook editor and valedictorian of his class at DeVilbiss High School. He received one of 50 national scholarships to Harvard. After graduation in 1954, he attended the University of Pennsylvania Medical School. He and Ann moved to Cleveland in 1958 for internships and residency at University Hospitals.
Norm loved his practice and colleagues, his family, world travel, as well as collecting modern and ethnographic art.
He is survived by his wife, daughter, Laura Roulet (Rafael Hernandez Mayoral) and son, Norman L. Roulet, III and eight grandchildren Alicia, Rafael, Chase, Grace, Kylie, Claes, Max and Clara.
A celebration of his life will be held on Friday, June 27th from 4:30 to 5:30 PM in the Loegler Lounge of Judson Manor, 1890 E. 107th St., Cleveland, OH 44106.
