PATRICIA MARY HORN (nee Hogan) beloved wife of the late Richard O. Horn, dear Mother of Maria P. Horn (Thomas S. Quinn) of Salisbury, CT; dear grandmother of Margaret Maude Quinn, Abigail Resh Quinn and Henry Maxwell Quinn; dear sister of Sally Hogan Horchler, the late Margaret Hogan Scheuring and Thomas Hogan.

Graveside Services will be held Saturday , December 16th at 1:30 PM in Lake View Cemetery, Cleveland, OH.
