Patricia L. Richards (nee Lynch), age 77 of Shaker Hts., OH. Longtime educator for the Shaker Heights school system. Beloved wife of the late Frank G. "Buzzy" Richards, Jr.; loving mother of Frank G. "Rick" Richards, III of Shaker Hts. and Timothy L. Richards (Catherine) of Shaker Hts.; adoring grandmother of Patrick and Evan Richards; dear sister of the late Terrance "Pops" Lynch.
