Phillis Lee

Tung Pik Wan Phillis was born in 1926 in Shanghai. She was the youngest of three sisters. She was adored for her fearlessness and beautiful singing voice.

Phillis met our father, Albert, when she was 18 years old and they married when she was 22. She was strong and lived life with gusto. She loved to sing and never passed up an opportunity to perform. We loved watching her sing, especially my father. She was the heart of our family.

In life we loved her dearly, and in death we do the same. It broke our hearts to lose our mom, but she did not go alone, for a part of us went with her the day God called her home. Mom, your love is still our guide and you are always at our side. We will see you again as God calls us one by one.

A Funeral Service will be held at Brown-Forward Funeral Home, 17022 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Heights, OH 44120 on Saturday, May 28 at 11 AM AND WHERE FRIENDS MAY CALL ONE HOUR PRIOR TO THE SERVICE.
