Schuyler Haskell was born October 25, 1925 to Walter LeRoy Haskell and Margaret Lucia Schenck. He attended boarding school at Choate Rosemary Hall in Wallingford, CT from 1942-44. Afterwards he enlisted in the United States Army, serving during WWII from March '44-May'46. Haskell later joined the Air Force Reserve until 1963. Haskell went on to Williams College in Williamstown, MA 1946-50 and later matriculated from University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI 1950-52, receiving a Master's of Business Administration. He worked at Cleveland Trust 1952-63, and Society Bank now Key from 1963 to the 1990's. Haskell was involved in numerous organizations and charities including but not limited to Mended Hearts with the Cleveland Clinic and Stevens Ministry with Church of the Savior. Schuyler Haskell was the loving father of Lucia I. Stanley Joseph of Ashland, WI. He was also the dear step-father of Michael, Mark Rebecca and Marshall Picard. He had 4 grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and 3 step great-grandchildren. He also had many loving nieces and nephews. The family prefers that those who wish may make contributions in his name to the Disabled American Veteran's Association, 35 East Chestnut Street, Suite 412, Columbus, OH, 43215. Funeral Services will be held at 11am on Saturday, March 5 at Church of the Saviour, 2537 Lee Road Cleveland Hts., OH 44118.
