Vera Tedick

Vera Jane Tedick, age 87, died peacefully on August 15, 2015. She was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother; loyal friend and lover of all things Irish.
Preceded in death by her husband of 61 years, Howard; parents, Loretta and Lester Magee; adoptive parents, Vera McNerney and Adelbert McNerney; and sister Ann Marie "Geeg" Eaton.
Survived by children Pam (Sam)Ianni, Diane (Mike Lind)Tedick and Jeff (Sue)Tedick; grandchildren Sammy Ianni, Ruth (Daniel) Hopler and Tim Ianni, and step-granddaughter Emily (Neil)Johnston; beloved nieces and nephews and their children; and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations preferred in Vera's name to Alzheimer's Association (alz.org), Generation Hospice, 65 McMillen Drive, #504, Newark, OH. 43055 (740-348-1399)or charity of donor's choice.
Calling hours will be held at Brown-Forward Funeral Home, 17022 Chagrin Blvd., Shaker Hts., OH from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm, Saturday, August 22nd, with Memorial Service beginning at 11:00 am. Burial will be at 11:15 am on Monday, August 24th, at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery (10175 Rawiga Road, Rittman, OH. 44270).
