William Murfey

WILLIAM H. "BILL" MURFEY, Age 59; passed away April 27th, 2011. Bill was the beloved husband of Karen Murfey, nee Shemitz of Kirtland, OH, the dear father of Katherine, William H., Jr. and Ellen and the dear brother of James Murfey Janet of Brookfield, NH and Latham "Skip" Murfey, III Marion of Kirtland, OH. Bill was also survived by loving nieces and nephews. Bill graduated from Proctor School and Hiram College. He was the owner of Western Reserve Appraisal Service and a member of The Kirtland Country Club and Quail Hollow Country Club. The family suggests that contributions be made in his name to The City Mission, 5310 Carnagie Ave., Cleveland, OH 44103 or St. Hubert's Episcopal Church, 8870 Baldwin Rd., Kirtland Hills, OH 44060, where Memorial Services will be held Monday, May 2nd at 3 PM. Friends are invited to the Kirtland Country Club for a reception following the service from 4-6 PM.
