Yolanda Grant Maynor

Yolanda Maynor (nee Grant), age 59 of Akron, OH, went home to the Lord on October 24, 2022.  She was the beloved mother of Thomas Agee, Jr. of Shaker Hts.; dear sister of Edward Grant, Jr. and Doug Grant.  She is also survived by two nieces, Shalena Grant and Shamecca Johnson.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Louise Grant, her brother, Larry Martin and her sister, Deborah Martin.  A Service of Homegoing wil be held at 12pm on Saturday, November 19 at Brown-Forward Funeral Home, 17022 Chagrin Blvd, Shaker Hts., OH 44120.  FRIENDS MAY VIEW ONE HOUR BEFORE THE SERVICE.  Interment, Cleveland Memorial Gardens. 

She was a beloved mother, sister, aunt and friend. She loved to sing, loved the Lord and really loved her family. She was an amazing cook and she absolutely loved to laugh. She was separated from the love of her life Rodney Maynor and no matter what they were going thru she loved him and he loved her. She will be deeply missed and always loved. Today isn't us saying goodbye it's us saying we will see u later.
